Left & Right: Perfect
top down weather.
Left: In fact, it was
smokin' hot. Can you say "flat spot" boys
and girls?
Right: Of course it looks so easy from this side of the windshield.
Left: Is that the
look
of trepidation?
Right: Perhaps it should have been.
Left & Right: Everyone
gets to reset their own cones ... sooner or later.
Left: Bob carving his 911TT
X50 through the
turns.
Right: Unfortunately, carving was a bit more
difficult with a layer of anti-traction compound laid down.

Left & Right: Veteran instructors
Dave Whiting and Peter Spencer duel it out for bragging
rights. Luckily, Porsche won out.

The anatomy of a spin ...
Upper Left: Both feet in.
Upper Right: Both hands up???
Lower Left: A brief look at the problem area from whence you came.
Lower Right: And finally ... resetting the cones.
Thanks for the lesson.

Left: Barry's 911TT ...
proof that red looks good against any backdrop.
Right: But then so do the rest of the Porsche
color chips.

Good to have you back, Peter.
Peter's engine was an unfortunate casualty in the
early-spring Eurasia fire, and it's been a long summer
finding the necessary parts and expertise to get things back together.
Perhaps that makes resurrecting # 56 from the old Mosport
days even more special.
